Information About SD Projects across the United States

Earth Force

Earth Force is a national, nonprofit organization. We are youth-driven and nonpartisan. Our vision is to build the most effective program to help young people, ages 10-14, improve the environment through developing citizenship skills and addressing real environmental issues in their communities and nationally.

Zero Waste America

Founded by Lynn Landes in 1996, ZWA is a unique Internet-based information and advocacy resource for Zero Waste. We provide information on associated legislative, legal, technical, environmental, health, and consumer issues. ZWA is a non-profit organization geared to concentrate on environmental issues, rather than organizational protocol. There are no membership fees, regular meetings, or conventional office holding. The director and staff are volunteers.

GAIN Directories of Environmental Organizations

The GAIN Directories of Environmental Organizations consist of over 13,000 records of environmental organizations throughout the continental US and Hawaii. Any of the terms that you see in a GAIN data record is searchable, making it easy to search on organization names, cities, or any other text in any record.

GREEN

GREEN and LaMotte Company have formed a partnership to develop new water quality monitoring tools for watershed education programs worldwide. LaMotte has demonstrated a strong commitment to education by creating high-quality, low-cost field monitoring kits that are safe and easy to use. Our partnership has resulted in the development of new GREEN low-cost, standard and advanced water monitoring kits.
