Walker College International Programs - Applying
After you have carefully considered the general and the specific country information and you have decided that you want to participate in an international study experience in the Walker College of Business, then you must complete an application. International study application packets may be obtained from the trip leader.
And the following required forms for all international study applications:

Additionally, you may be required to complete some of the following:
- International Student ID with photo attached (if required by the trip leader)
- Data sheet (only for non-Appalachian students or seniors graduate May 2007 or before)
- Separate check made payable to Appalachian State University for $45 to cover processing of data sheet (non-Appalachian students only)
- Audit Form
- Financial Aid Release Form
Health Insurance
Included in the fee for the international study program is the University Systems of the State of North Carolina Preferred Health Overseas Policy for Students Abroad. All students will be covered by the policy.
