EPA Administrative & Faculty Career Opportunities

The University consists of four colleges and music school, offering more than 140 degree programs and 1,500 courses as well as special programs. Employment for faculty/EPA Administrative positions is handled administratively within each academic unit. An online state application is not required.

Our staff employees at Appalachian State University belong to a broad spectrum of employment categories (administrative, technical, protective services, office & clerical, skilled craft, and service & maintenance positions). The Employment group in the Human Resource Services Office works closely with applicants interested in pursuing employment at Appalachian State University. Temporary Employment

The role of a temporary employee is critical to the day-to-day operation of the university and also provides valuable hands-on experience. Temporary staff fills in during peak or seasonal time periods, and on special projects. Needs can vary from part-time to full-time hours; and appointments can be short term or up to twelve (12) months. View How to Apply for more information. Student Employment
