About the System
Effective December 4, 2006, Human Resource Services implemented AppState Jobs, an online system to store all SPA position descriptions for hiring authorities to review and authorize Classification & Compensation actions; posting of vacancies; the recruitment, selection, and hiring process; and work plans, competency assessments, and performance evaluations for each SPA employee.

Login at www.jobs.appstate.edu/hr. If you do not have a user account, you may create one using the same url.
Updates
New: AppState Jobs has currently undergone a redesign to better accommodate the addition of Career Banding and Performance Evaluations. Users will see changes and improvements to facilitate the various online actions which include creating new position descriptions, reclassifying or updating existing position descriptions, posting vacancies, viewing applications, hiring proposals, writing employee work plans and competency assessments, and performance evaluations.
