ITC primary contact point for faculty, staff, and students is the Public Services counter located on the ground floor at the west entrance to Belk Library. At this point of contact, production projects for all ITC production areas can be:

• Dropped off and picked up upon completion
• Consultations on media-related projects can be conducted
• Specialty media supplies may be purchased.

The ITC counter also offers a quick turnaround duplication service that includes:

• Volume photocopying
• Binding
• Laminating
• Audio and video duplication

ITC also maintains over 500 items of instructional audiovisual production/presentation equipment to supplement departmental collections for faculty, staff and student use (some equipment may be restricted). These items may be checked out free of charge for a two day period.
