POWER POINT VIEWER (From Microsoft)

	Given below are the instructions to download the Power Point Viewer. 
Download it only if you do not have Power Point on your computer. Before you 
start make a directory for the class files that you will download the viewer 
and the Power Point Class Lectures.

	Click on the Power Point Viewer Link and then select that directory 
to download the viewer. If you put it on the desktop you will be able to get 
to it easily. Power Point Viewer This program is free from Microsoft.

	Click on the Class Notes link you wish to download. You can put it in a
 	Folder or on the Desktop.

To install this download:


   1.Close any Windows-based programs that are running.

   2.Double-click the Ppview97.exe program file on your hard disk to start
           the setup program.

   3.Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the installation.

Instructions for use:

   On the Start menu, point to Programs, and then click Microsoft PowerPoint
   Viewer 97. The viewer will start and allow you to choose a PowerPoint file 
      to view.

To remove this download:

   1.On the Start menu, point to Settings, and then choose Control Panel.
         Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

   2.In the list of programs on the Install/Uninstall tab, find Microsoft
         PowerPoint Viewer 97 and highlight it. Click Add/Remove.

   3.In the Microsoft PowerPoint Viewer 97 Setup dialog box, click Remove All.

   4.Confirm that you are certain you want to uninstall this software by
         clicking Yes.

   5.Click Restart Windows or Exit Setup in the dialog box.
