Today Space Grant recipiant Nathan Bergey completed his second of two talks he gave to a summer science camp about astronomy. The lecure focused on the local solar system and how things in space, like the sun, can effect everyone on earth. The kids also participated in several activites including looking at sunspots with a safe solar telescope and building sundials.  The camp was a natural science camp run by Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem NC.  About 40 elementary school age kids as well as a handfull of teenage voulenteers and former teachers participated in the camp and attended the talks.
