1. Investigated faculty office hours.
Status: See number 3 below.
2. Investigated University calendar issues.
Status: Motion made at the April 24, 2006 meeting.
3. Made a motion that faculty office hours be reduced to 7 hours.
Status: Passed in October 2005. Chancellor Peacock accepted
it in January 2006. The Board of Trustees accepted the policy in their

4. Will remind Senate that it must conduct three (3) Dean evaluations in the Fall 2006 semester. Two motions associated with this.
Status: Senate reminded at the April 24, 2006 meeting.
5. Sent thank-you notes to groups/organizations that had faculty appreciation days
6. Made a motion regarding special university observance.
Status: The motion failed.
7. Made a motion regarding faculty access to the new recreation center
