Membership Benefits:

If you meet your membership requirements (listed below) you will receive the following membership benefits:

  4. Opportunity to attend conferences, conventions, and seminars through CKI.
  5. Opportunity to list Circle K membership on the Appalachian Student Development Record; an official listing of a student's activities, involvement, and leadership experiences.
  6. Opportunity to join the committee of your choice and have vote in that committee's activities.
  7. The right to run and hold office as Circle K Executive officer, Committee Chair, as well as Distict and International positions following a year of active membership.
  8. The opportunity to work within a well-run organization to develop individual leadership skills and potential.  This can be a high quality resume item.

Membership Requirements for CKI of Appalachian

Each member must pay $48 dues to the Treasurer.  This money is used to pay International Dues, District Dues, and to pay for your T-shirt, December Banquet meal, as well as any discount to conferences, conventions, etc.


Each member must earn 15 points to be inducted for the semester.  Ten points must come from Service or Fundraising Activities.  The remaining five points can be from any type of event.
