ANNOUNCEMENT - PICTORIAL DIRECTORY ON THE WEB

Starting September 28, faculty and staff photos will be available 
through the web as an option of the directory (People) search. The 
photos will only be available to current ASU computer users and not 
to the outside world. In the past, a pictorial directory was 
published on campus of selected administrators, faculty and staff.  
Using this method of accessing the photos, everyone can be included 
without the expense of printing the hardcopy directory.

Employees may disable their photo from being viewed by selecting the 
option on the web directory search option (selecting "People" from 
the ASU homepage). If you choose to disable your photo, it will 
appear with the caption "Not Pictured".

We encourage everyone to try this service before deciding to disable 
their photo.  By the way, the photo being used is the one from the ID 
card. Once the individual search option is implemented, we will 
announce the option for a departmental directory.
