Search Tips for Appalachian State University Directory Services

• If you get too many matches try to limit your search query.
• It is not an error for a person not to have an email address, some don't have accounts!
• The search engine will use last names and/or first names.
• Middle names can sometimes be used if they are part of the database.
• You can limit the search by selecting Students, Staff, Faculty or EPA.
• You can search using titles in a name field such as Dr, Mr, Mrs, Ms, or Sgt.
